We have been active for 30 years in the overhaul and the refit of engines and gearboxes for utility vehicles of the following manufacturers, Mercedes, MAN, Renault, Volvo Van Hool, Jenbacher, Mulag, O+K and many others.

Our speciality is the overhaul of automatic and manual gearboxes for utility vehicles. We are able to repair gearboxes of Voith, ZF, Eaton, Mercedes and many other manufacturers professionally, or to supply with replacements.

In order to save costs and time to our customers, we have a maintenance plant fully equiped with all the machines that are necessary for the mecanical repair at our disposal. Different lathes, mortising machines, welding gears and sandblasters.

This not only enables us to refurbish different spare parts like e.g. the idler wheel of a Voith gearbox. Furthermore we are also able to repair the oil inlet flange of a ZF automatic gearbox.

We have many replacement units in stock. We have shortblocks and spare parts which are necessary for the adaptation to the vehicle in stock. This enables us to deliver a replacement unit for any kind of engine quickly, Due to our continuously growing spare parts storeroom we are able to repair many units within a short period of time.

The quality of the overhauled or repaired gearboxes is secured and revealed through a unique test bench.
